Twenty years of cultural exchange, friendship, and culinary innovation unite as we proudly announce "Celebrating Melbourne Milan Sister Cities," in partnership with the City of Melbourne.
Organised by the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Kinaway Chamber of Commerce, this landmark event commemorates the enduring bond between our two vibrant cities and pays homage to the diverse cultures that define them.
Our event stands out for its innovative approach: blending Indigenous Australian ingredients with traditional Italian cuisine.
It's a celebration of diversity, creativity, and shared heritage, an exploration of flavours that transcends borders and forges deeper connections.
This fusion not only offers a novel gastronomic experience but also symbolizes the deep bond between Milan and Melbourne, where flavours from opposite ends of the globe harmonize in a celebration of cultural unity.
A BESPOKE GALA DINNER
The event promises a culinary journey like no other, starting with a delightful aperitif and culminating in a bespoke three-course meal meticulously crafted by esteemed chefs Tatsuya Fujii and Niyoka Bundall
