Christina Guerra, Director of Procurement at Tennis Australia has held a number of leadership positions in Banking, Health & Telecommunications at NAB, Medibank & Telstra; and has specialised in Commercial Engagements, Supplier Relationship Management and Procurement.

Ema Lawrence
Director of Global Engagement at Global Victoria
As Director, Global Engagement at the Victorian Government’s trade facilitation agency, Global Victoria, Ema plays a key role in driving Victoria’s strengthened economic engagement with international markets.
Ema leads a team of Regional Managers, ministerial travel experts and is the Executive lead for Global Victoria Women. Working with Victoria’s Commissioners and overseas network of 23 Victorian Government Trade and Investment offices alongside partners including the diplomatic corps in Australia and bilateral chambers of commerce, Victoria’s dedicated commitment to global engagement is widely recognised.
As the Executive Lead for the Global Victoria Women initiative, Ema is committed to driving the increased participation and diversity of women in international business in Victoria. The GVw initiative continues to grow from strength to strength through meaningful upskilling opportunities and building connections.
Prior to joining Global Victoria, Ema served as a Diplomat at the Australian Embassy in Chile, Colombia, Ecuador and Venezuela and held several roles at the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade in Canberra.
Her experience also includes serving in the Office of the Secretary General at the United Nations (UN) Secretariat in New York; Australian Mission to the UN in New York and for the Red Cross in Lyon, France.
Ema speaks French and Spanish and holds a Bachelor of Arts (Majors in French and Marketing) and Masters degree in Diplomacy and Trade, both from Monash University.
