An annual initiative launched by the  Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation to promote Italian culinary traditions and food and wine knowledge as a distinctive trait of Italian identity and culture.

The event is themed "A Tavola con la cucina italiana: il benessere con gusto"- "Dining with Italian cuisine: well-being with taste" reflecting the culinary excellence and richness embedded within the Italian gastronomic heritage.

Join us for a specially crafted four-course dinner that highlights the authentic flavours of Italy, offering an enchanting experience into the essence of Italian culture.

To elevate the experience, each course will be expertly paired with a selection of exquisite Italian wines, carefully chosen to complement and enhance the flavours of the dishes.

It was also honoured with the Citi Service Excellence Award in 2017 and has been awarded the Australian Good Food Guide One Chef's Hat in 2019, 2020, and 2022/23.
