Join us in celebrating the 9th edition of the

WEEK OF ITALIAN CUISINE IN THE WORLD

An annual initiative launched by the  Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation to promote Italian culinary traditions and food and wine knowledge as a distinctive trait of Italian identity and culture.

The Consulate General of Italy and the Italian Institute of Culture, in partnership with the Italian Chamber of Commerce, are delighted to extend an exclusive invitation to you for an unforgettable three-course dinner organized by one of the best Italian chefs in Melbourne, Guy Grossi, owner of Grossi Florentino.

This year's event is themed "Mediterranean Diet and Recipes from Our Roots: Health and Tradition" - Dieta Mediterranea e Cucina delle Radici: Salute e Tradizione. The aim is to showcase Italian cuisine, focusing on its traditional roots and the Mediterranean Diet's well-known benefits for promoting health within a wholesome, sustainable, and balanced lifestyle.

Join us for a specially crafted tre-course dinner that highlights the authentic flavours of Italy, offering an enchanting experience into the essence of Italian culture.

To elevate the experience, each course will be expertly paired with a selection of exquisite Italian wines, carefully chosen to complement and enhance the flavours of the dishes.

We cannot wait to see you there!
