Before entering Parliament, Tim worked as Assistant Secretary of the Australian Council of Trade Unions, Chief of Staff to former Premier Steve Bracks, and had roles with the Federal Firefighters Union and the Storemen and Packers Union.

Prior to his arrival in Australia, Ambassador Visentin was the first-ever EU Special Envoy for the Indo-Pacific.

Mr. Visentin previously served as the Head of the Parliamentary Affairs Division in the European External Action Service (EAAS) in Brussels. Earlier in his career, he was an official of the European Commission and served in the Directorate General for External Relations.

Mr. Visentin was also Head of Cabinet to the last President of the ECSC (European Community for Steel and Coal) and Advisor on European affairs to the Italian Minister of Industry, Energy and International Trade.

Mr. Visentin holds a degree in Law and is specialised in International and Community Law.

Minty is an experienced adviser, providing her clients with a range of solutions including tax planning and transaction support, transfer pricing, and international tax advice. Minty specialises in intercompany financial transactions, helping companies with designing intercompany funding transfer pricing policies.

Before working with RSM, Minty worked at Deloitte in the Melbourne office, KPMG in London, the ATO at the Economist Practice, and the Productivity Commission with the Australian Government

Jurre is a passionate professional with over 12 years of experience in banking, spanning across Europe and Australia. He started his career with Rabobank's Capital Advisory team in The Netherlands, where he hones his skills in corporate finance. In 2017, he moved to Sydney, Australia, to establish this service in the region, demonstrating his adaptability and strategic planning skills.

In 2021, Jurre played a pivotal role in setting up the regional Sustainable Finance team for Rabobank. His leadership and unwavering commitment to sustainability have been instrumental in this achievement. Since then, he has been involved in a wide range of Sustainable Finance transactions across food and agriculture companies, further solidifying his expertise in the field.

Jurre holds a Master’s degree in Financial Engineering & Management from the University of Twente, the Netherlands

Alessandro Bini, born in Modena, Italy, currently serves as the Managing Director of WAM Australia, including WAM New Zealand. With an extensive background in logistics and management, Alessandro began his journey at WAMGROUP® in 2008 as an Area Manager. His expertise in logistics was further honed through his prior experiences, which included shipping Formula 1 cars globally and managing petrochemical logistics in Ravenna, Italy.



Alessandro's academic achievements include an MA in Logistics and Distribution from Genoa, Italy. His career path led him from a position as Area Manager for a major Italian ceramics machinery supplier in Eastern Europe, to becoming the General Manager at WAM Thailand in 2012. His success in Thailand paved the way for his next role in South Africa as the General Manager of the local subsidiary. In 2021, Alessandro took on his current role, relocating to Australia to oversee operations in both Australia and New Zealand, leveraging his rich experience to enhance WAMGROUP®'s presence in the region

Alexia is a senior finance executive with over 20 years’ experience in audit and financial management, across a range of industries including recruitment, defense and transportation.
Finance professional with a broad vision of the finance function, she has a strong expertise and leadership in all the administrative, financial and tax areas and a proven track record in establishing and leading operational and finance teams. Alexia is proficient in four languages (English, French, Italian and Spanish); her multi-lingual, stakeholder engagement and customer centric skills have allowed Alexia to quickly cross cultural boundaries and organizational levels to support and benefit business performance.

Rafael Koenig is a dual Australian/German citizen and the Managing Director of Weidmueller Australia, subsidiary of a German “Mittelstand” company and responsible for all Australian operations, R&D, local production, sales and marketing.

Weidmueller is an expert in IIoT connectivity from “Sensor to the Cloud” and a leading enabler of vital digitalisation strategies in a multitude of industries and applications.

Rafael has held several senior roles in Australia since migrating from Germany in 1996. From 2010 to 2016 he was the Chairman of the Profibus and Profinet Association of Australia, a chapter of the world’s largest association for industrial Fieldbus and Ethernet communication networks and vital technology for Industry 4.0 communication standardisation.

Holding a degree in electrical engineering attained at the University of Paderborn, Germany and a Master’s degree in Business and Technology from the University of NSW, Australia, Rafael has more than 25 years’ experience in automation technology and innovation management in Australia and Germany.
