We are delighted to announce the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Melbourne will be hosting its first Melbourne event of the year on Thursday, February 24, from 6.30 pm to 9.30 pm at the iconic Port Melbourne Yacht Club​, with spectacular beach views of Port Phillip Bay and the historical Station Pier.

The ICCI Melbourne 2022 Cocktail Event will represent the official kick-off of ICCI Melbourne's 2022 Program and the official welcome to the new Consul General of Italy in Melbourne, Mrs Hanna Pappalardo, to the Italo-Australian Community. The event will commence with pre-dinner food and beverages services, and it will be followed by the Official Speeches led by some of the most important Italian and Australian Institutional Representatives of Melbourne. Towards the conclusion, guests will be provided with a traditional Italian degustation menu and signature beverages.

Furthermore, in collaboration with the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, the evening will promote the authenticity of Italian products and embrace the quality of Italian foodservice across the world through a dedicated Cocktail Masterclass. World's Best Bartender Orlando Marzo will showcase a masterclass demonstrating the art of making renowned Italian cocktails with all tricks and techniques that only a world champion knows. The main theme of this masterclass will be the authenticity of Italian beverages and how to combine them into delicious cocktails.

We are thrilled to have a new appointment with the True Italian Taste Project, funded by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. World's Best Bartender Orlando Marzo will lead the masterclass showcasing his tricks and techniques in making exceptional cocktails. The main theme of this masterclass will be the authenticity of Italian beverages and how to combine them into delicious cocktails. Throughout the evening, participants will go through a detailed demonstration of some of the most popular Italian cocktails aiming to guide food lovers to choose and use authentic Italian ingredients.

ICCI MELBOURNE RAFFLE 2022

The Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Melbourne is delighted to be working in partnership with Cabrini Health Limited to raise funds for the Cabrini Foundation​ and Cabrini Italians of Melbourne.​ During the evening, you will have the possibility to purchase your ticket to win authentic Italian prizes and support Cabrini to provide a wide range of vital healthcare services for the community as well as to create awareness of the Hospital's Italian heritage.
